WPC stands for Wood Plastic Composite. WPC wall panels are made from a blend of approximately 60% recycled wood fibers (such as sawdust or wood flour), 30% thermoplastic polymers (typically HDPE, PP, or PVC), and 10% additives for UV resistance, color stability, and bonding.
This combination creates panels that look like natural wood while offering greater durability, moisture resistance, and long-lasting performance.

Outdoor WPC panels are available in a range of standard sizes to suit most applications. Typical lengths include 2.4 m, 2.8 m, 3.0 m, and extended lengths ranging from above 3.0 m up to 5.4 m. Standard widths generally vary between 160 mm and 220 mm, while thickness options usually range from 10 mm to 26 mm.

For projects with specific design requirements, custom sizes can also be manufactured, subject to minimum order quantities and feasibility.

Indoor WPC panels are typically available in standard lengths of 2.6m, 2.8m, and 3.0m, with common widths of 1.1m and 1.2m. Thicknesses generally range from 5mm to 12mm.
Fluted wall panels are usually produced up to 3m in length, with widths and thicknesses varying by design.
Custom sizes can also be manufactured based on specific project requirements, subject to minimum order quantities.


WPC wall panels are designed to be DIY-friendly and can be installed by individuals with basic woodworking skills. Most panels feature click-lock or tongue-and-groove systems, making the installation process simple and efficient. However, for large-scale projects, complex designs, or to ensure proper alignment and warranty compliance, professional installation is recommended

WPC wall panels come in a wide variety of colors and textures including wood grain finishes solid colors, stone patterns, and metal finishes. Popular Australian colors include teak, cedar, charcoal grey, and natural oak to complement local architectural styles .

The wall must be clean, dry, level, and structurally sound. Remove any wallpaper, loose materials, or debris. For uneven walls, install timber or metal battens spaced 400-600mm apart to create a level mounting surface. Any cracks or holes should be repaired before installation .

Yes, WPC materials expand and contract with temperature changes. Leave adequate expansion gaps at panel ends and edges - typically 3-5mm gaps between panels and larger gaps at corners and transitions. This prevents buckling and ensures long-term performance.

Regular cleaning requires only mild soap and water with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive cleaners, or pressure washing which can damage the surface. For stubborn stains, use a gentle scrub brush and test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first .

While WPC panels require significantly less maintenance than timber, they are not completely maintenance-free. Regular cleaning every few months and periodic inspection for damage will keep them looking their best. Unlike wood, they don't require painting, staining, sealing, or sanding.


Minor scratches can often be buffed out with fine sandpaper. For cracks or splits, prompt repair prevents further deterioration. Damaged panels can typically be replaced individually without affecting surrounding panels. Contact us for specific repair recommendations.

WPC offers superior weather resistance, termite resistance, and dimensional stability compared to timber. While wood provides authentic grain variation and can be refinished, WPC requires less maintenance and won't rot, warp, orsplinter. WPC is often more cost-effective long-term despite higher initial cost.

WPC contains wood fibbers making it denser and more rigid than PVC, with better impact resistance and a more natural appearance. PVC is lighter and fully synthetic but can feel hollow and has a more plastic-like appearance. WPC provides better thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
