General Refund Policy

At Lume Decor, we take pride in supplying premium wall panels and home décor materials designed for quality and durability. As our products are custom-selected and made according to the specification of the installation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected items at no additional cost.

For products installed by Lume Decor, we provide a limited installation warranty, ensuring workmanship and product performance under normal residential or commercial use.

Please note:

• No refunds or returns will be accepted for incorrectly ordered sizes, colours, or quantities.

• Warranty claims apply only to installations carried out by Lume Decor or our authorised partners.

• Damage caused by improper handling, installation by third parties, or post-installation modifications is not covered.

RESTOCKING POLICY

We may accept returns at our discretion within 14 days for unused, uninstalled stock in original undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Restocking Fee
20% of product value (excl. delivery). To cover the handling inventories and admin costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Special orders, custom cuts, clearance, or discontinued stock.

Return Freight
Customer pays return shipping to Rouse Hill warehouse.

Faulty Products
Full refund/replacement under Australian Consumer Law—no restocking fees apply. Notify us promptly with photos.

WPC OUTDOOR PRODUCTS

At Lume Decor, our WPC outdoor wall panels are engineered for durability, stability, and long-term performance. Your purchase is covered against manufacturing defects and structural issues such as cracking, warping, mildew, or delamination under normal use and installation conditions.

However, as with all outdoor materials—including natural wood, paint, and WPC—gradual and uniform colour fading may occur over time when exposed to sunlight, rain, and other environmental factors. This slow fading is a natural process and is not considered a product defect or covered under warranty.

Still, our advanced manufacturing process ensures exceptional colour retention and weather resistance:

1. Advanced Colour Protection: Our WPC panels feature high-quality, weather-resistant masterbatches and co-extrusion technology. The outer surface includes a dense protective layer enriched with UV inhibitors and antioxidants. This co-extruded “armour” significantly reduces UV degradation and ensures superior color stability.

2. Scientifically Controlled Fading Rate: Based on industry standards, high-quality WPC typically experiences an annual fading rate between 1%–2%. Our panels undergo rigorous testing to maintain fading levels at the lowest end of this range, making color changes barely noticeable within the first few years.

3. Even, Natural Aging: Any color shift that occurs over time happens uniformly, ensuring a consistent tone across all panels. Rather than developing uneven or patchy areas, your outdoor installation will gradually age into a richer, more natural look—something many clients appreciate for its timeless aesthetic.

Care & Maintenance:

To preserve color longevity, we recommend occasional rinsing with clean water to remove dust and surface residue. Proper maintenance will further enhance uniform fading and maintain your desired appearance for years.
